Designed specifically for dealer principals, general managers, service managers, parts managers, and personnel, the MCS Automotive Management Training Academy focuses on hands-on, real-world training to increase department profitability and efficiency. Conducted at the MCS corporate office, attendees are placed in either an intermediate or advanced class of no more than 15 people where they learn the fundamentals of creating cohesive, productive, and profitable dealership departments.
